I have worked in design and illustration since 2011, first as a freelancer and then as a permanent employee. But suddenly in 2024, I decided to venture into the unknown, quit my job, and started Lunarium!
Lunarium started as a magical venue in Stockholm for board games and role-playing games, and the shop grew out of it after a while. After realizing it was too tough to run the venue myself, and the shop at the same time, I decided to close the venue after a little over a year, and focus entirely on the shop.
Everything in the shop is designed by me, and produced and shipped from my office in Stockholm.
No, no AI has been used to create our products!
Everything is drawn/designed by me, Anna Grape, either by hand with ink or digitally with a Wacom drawing tablet and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Our fabric banners have practical holes in the corners with metal eyelets, and you can hang them either on small nails, or with, for example, these clever self-adhesive hooks from Command.
In the card game Magic: The Gathering, tokens are temporary creatures or permanents created by cards during the game (they are not in your deck from the start).
They function like regular creatures – but if they leave the battlefield, they disappear completely. You can use anything to represent them, such as our beautiful cards that we sell!
