This website is operated by Lunarium AB (company reg. no. 559494-5155). By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you accept our terms. These terms apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to visitors, customers, and content creators.

The Online Store

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the online store (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for changes, price adjustments, interruptions, or shutdown of the service.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that colors and details will exactly match what you see on your screen.

Price and Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer. By default, prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK).

For customers within the EU, prices include VAT. For customers outside the EU, prices are displayed including VAT, but VAT is automatically deducted at checkout based on the delivery address.

We reserve the right for any errors in pricing, exchange rates, or product descriptions, as well as for items being sold out.

Order & Payment

When you make a purchase, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years old or have a guardian’s approval.
You provide accurate information when purchasing.
You pay the amount shown at checkout.

We use secure payment solutions via Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, and more.

Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If incorrect information leads to additional costs, the customer will be charged.

We deliver to all countries. Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import tax, customs duties, and other local fees payable by the recipient.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from receiving the item. Read more in our Return Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site – including images, graphics, texts, logos, and products – belongs to Lunarium or its partners and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damage or losses that arise directly or indirectly due to use of the website or our products, beyond what is required under Swedish consumer law.

Force Majeure

Lunarium is not responsible for delays or shortcomings due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, or government decisions.
