Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.
To use your right of withdrawal, contact us at shop@lunarium.se before the withdrawal period has expired.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- We reserve the right to make a deduction if the item has been handled more than necessary.
How to make a return:
- Contact us at shop@lunarium.se and provide your order number and which items you want to return.
- We’ll confirm the return and provide instructions on where to send the item.
- Once we’ve received and approved the item, we’ll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method as your purchase.
Exceptions:
- Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Special rules apply to digital products—contact us if you have any questions.
